My father & mother (Mitzie & Paul Long Jr) purchased this house and 15 acres in 1979 from Clarence & Katherine Ruebusch. The Ruebusch built this house in 1848. In the 50's and 60's this was the C&K Boat Club. The basement was the bait shop and the dock was behind the house on Grant Lake. Mom and dad made the house look like an A Frame in 1980 and the trailer in front was sold. I bought it from Mom in 2004.
