This is the Home of Frank & Anna Gantt who had three children Ivan, Lucille & Charles. I'm the son of Lucille who Married Herbert R Clapsaddle. I spent many summers there working the truck patch and standing market in Springfield with Grandpa & Grandma. I use to ride the work horse to the back of the property to bring the cows in for milking along with helping to put hay up in the barn. After many years my Mother was named owner of the farm after Frank Gantt passed away Jan18,1980 he was born Sept,19,1887 and spent his whole life on the Farm. I was given the Farm around 1979 and rented the house out for several years while Charles Gantt farmed the land on shares Then I sold the farm to Steve & Tammy Rust and they had rented the house for two or three years. Since then they have made many improvements including a new Barm and House.
