this is 11055 Chillocothe-Lancaster rd (SR 159). In the front yard of this house is the 1-mile marker to Tarelton in Neighboring Pickway Co. My parents Nial and Betty Scott purchased this home in either 1976 or 77 i believe. we lived there until about 1982-83. Just to the right of house was an old log cabin that was uninhabited the whole time we lived there and across from it was where Pine Grove Rd come out to Sr159. You see the long drive running next to the "h" shaped driveway to the left. That driveway was owned by the Army National Guard post located about 10 houses to the left towards Tarleton. They used this access road to enter the property to the rear of this and other homes along 159 to have they're "War Games" and exercises. This house has changed Dramatically since this photo was taken. it has a newer wood deck on the front and an attached garage and other updates since i drove past it last. You can't really tell but the home is on a hill and the back of it is two storied. just past the side porch is a stairwell leading to basement level patio. I have often wondered who the newer/current owners are. lol
