At first glance this appears to be the old Ark restaurant. But I could well be wrong since that was so very long ago.

This building and the house to the right of it are no longer standing; they were leveled and a large pole barn garage built where the house is in this photo. The location clue in this photo is the Y-shaped entrance to Welcome Woods on the far right which is still there today.
