My husband and I purchased this property in 1986 from the Ferguson family. Many things have changed, the silos are no longer standing, the barns burned prior to our ownership and many of the trees are now gone. The house remains unchanged.

"back in the day..." Mid 1960's my mother moved us to London, Ohio after her divorce from my father. My Grandpa and Phil Ferguson were best of friends for many years. My mother, sister, brother and myself lived there for several years in the area that we were told was the former servants quarters. I will always remember the brass pipe intercom from the big house to our side. BIG ROOMS, the grande staircase, the main house even had a ball-room. How I'd love to know the complete history of this house I called home.
