Built by Musch Builders for Hilda Heazlit . Mr Musch was a neighbor to her and her husband Ervin on Fenn Rd. in Medina. After Ervin died in 1971, He took her home on Fenn Rd. in exchange for building her a new home on this lot on Sleepy Hollow Rd. The property was originally part of the farm that belonged to her two sons, Donald and Robert. It consisted of 100 acres that went from Sleepy Hollow down Substation to Laurel Rd. It was subdivided in 1970.
