This is at the south end of Troy on Market Street, with Joe Johnson Chevrolet out of sight to the left, as is the sharp curve to the south. Union Street is at the bottom. This building started as Baker Supply Co., owned by Terry and Mary Shroyer Colwell, with a store area in front. The back processed apples, potatoes, lettuce, etc. for restaurants and other food establishments. Over the years, that bridge abutment where the two cars are passing took a lot of lives and caused many injuries from drivers coming around the curve from left to right and running into it.
