Former Gypsum school. Prior to becoming an elementary school in the Port Clinton school district, it housed grades one through eight and served Gypsum and Portage Twp. The low addition on the left side was named for Minnie Pomeranke, a former principal. It is located on Lake St, in Gypsum, between State Rd (former SR 2) and the new SR 2 bypass.
