When the photo was taken, the property was owned by TowLite which manufactured the Hi-Lo trailers. Don Snyder built the first Hi Lo trailer in his garage in Butler, Ohio in 1956. Hi-Lo ceased production in 2010.
Now the property is owned by Brennstuhl Construction Inc
500 S. Main Street (SR. 13) Bellville.
