yes it was Hermans tavern back then and also a store on the right side . my dad told me storys that my grandpa used to send my dad in to get my grate grandpa becase he would leave the bar easyer for my dad lol
i use to live in the upstairs when i was 19 it was the cristal tavern then after it was bud and sandys tavern
In the 1950 directory it was Crystal Springs Grill and Herman's Market. Erie Ave was Rt 21 then.
