Eastbrook Farms, annexed to the City of Springboro circa 1967. The house was located almost due west of current Lemonwood Court (approximately where 195 Lemonwood court and 250 Pinecone drive meet). The barn structures were south of Jeanne Drive. Eastbrook Farms was part of the Arthur Dent Easton parcel (purchased circa 1861) which also contains the still active and more well known Easton Farms at 650 Main St.
