This house is still there however the open area behind it the current Springboro Junior High School. It was originally built as Springboro High School but became the Junior High after another new high school as built next to it to the south.

1525 S Main St (Route 741). Built in 1832, the house sits on nearly 36 acres. It was referred to as the Janney Homestead in the Springboro Sesquicentennial Souvenir Booklet (1815-1965).
