Located at the northwest corner of OH-122 and Dixie Hwy (where the current strip center and Sonic Drive-in sit), the land was conveyed in 1952 to Anna Marie Knorr by her father, Charles Edward Knorr. She sold it to Standard Oil in 1964 and they built a service station on the land circa 1976. That was replaced by the current strip center center 1986. The Sonic Drive-in was built circa 1992.
