This was James and Margaret Todd's place outside of Cozaddale Ohio. They were my Grandparents and my mom grew up there. It was originally a one room school house when he bought it. He dug out the basement by hand with a shovel. It was referred to as Possum Corner. The building in lower right of photo was the basement of the Christian Nation Church. It has since had the top put on it and has sold to another denomination. The trees were the apple orchard.
