This was built by the Conn Family Who started john deere tractor and farmed 100+ acres off hutton and 83. It was my grandmothers favorite aunt who resided here. The hill leading up to hutton road from wooster was named conn hill. It was dirt of course back in its hay day and they were one of the first homes in the neighborhood to get a tv!
