This is the Peace Light Motel on Buford Avenue in Gettysburg that has since been torn down. The road running left to right (approx south to north) near the bottom is Mummasburg Road. Note the stop sign at the bottom of the picture near the center. The Eternal Peace Light Memorial is not visible in the picture but it is located farther east (bottom of picture) along that road which is Confederate Ave. Historical aerial photographs of the area showing the buildings and pond can be viewed using Penn State's Imagery Navigator (PASDA).
