80 Maple Farm Rd, Ephrata, Pa 17522. This farm is owned by Maple Farms Nursing Home, a Garden Spot Village Community. As of 2/10/2019 the old Farm House and Main Barn are still standing, but falling apart. The big tree pictured above, at the entrance of the farm is also still standing!
