This looks like the corner of Yeager Road and Lewis Road. From this angle, 422 today would be to the left of the house.

422 overpass runs through that field to the left of the house. House is still there. House far left of photo demolished for 422. Building lower in photo gone. Today there is a very modern new construction home.
