My parents bought this house in 1987, and we lived there until 2004. It was a lovely plot of land, though the interior of the house was *very* early 1960s. Evidently it was quite nice; that front walk is flagstone, and ostensibly contained a snow-melting system. I had no idea there used to be a bow-shaped garden at the bottom of the stairs, though - that was long gone by the time I came along!
