I now own this property. This was the "cold storage", Mrs Smith's Pies building, then Kellogg's Company to Underwater Welding Services. Originally processed blueberries and apples. Building burned in 1996. It is now Blue Berry Road, but was Post Hill Road for a long time.

Yes. A ranch house across the road and a pole barn type building on the same side of the road as the cold storage building.
