8514 Katy Hockley Rd. It's original incarnation above was known as Equine Meadows and it was newly built in 1984. It became Vantage Point Farm in 2010 and subsequently was sold circa 2014. Vantage Point Farm moved to a larger facility in Tomball and operates there today.

The property is now Prestige Gunite of South Texas.
