Time frame would be between 1968 and 1972. Reason I would say that is by the vehicles seen (note the Chevrolet at the pumps opposite the 1964 Pontiac Tempest station wagon), and the 1965 Humble-Esso image on the station, which predates the 1972 Exxon conversion. The Esso primary sign is the oddity, as it pre-dates the 1965 sign seen on the building by 20-years!!
