Former Hodge Residence in Leatherwood, Va. Windows and roof re-done, most of the trees in the front yard are gone, the back area is now forested. located next to the former family gas station and convenience store which closed in the 2000's. House was rented out, however, the estate holder had to evict the tenants who did considerable damage to the property before eviction. Sold in November 2021 to my family, and in process of restoring to former glory, including restoration of a former Koi Fishpond that was located on the front lawn, left side, which had been filled in sometime in the late 70s.
