Former Hodge House in Leatherwood Va. Roof and windows replaced, most of the trees in the front removed, back area heavily forested with Pine, Cedar trees. Originally part of the family homestead that included a gas station / convenience store to the left side, which closed in the 2000's, passing into a trust that split the property into 3 lots. after trouble renting the property that required the eviction of tenants who caused extensive damage to the house, the property was sold in Nov 2021 to my family. Plans are to try to restore the property back to its pre-1970 including restoring a Koi Fishpond that was located to the left side and buried in the late 70s.
