This was the home of the late Otis and Strossie Rose. The barn in the upper right corner is where Otis kept cows that were about to calve. He referred to that barn and the lot around it as the maternity ward. This farm is now owned by Bernard Rose. Otis and Strossie were two of the best people I have ever known and I consider Otis still to be one of the greatest Americans ever.
