The high school is no longer there. The Tasty Queen (my first job) is to the right of the high school and is no longer open.

This is where I grew up! My parents owned and operated the Tasty Queen. We all worked there and then our kids worked there and helped our mom. It was the first job for many of the high school students and fed a bazillion kids in its time. In this picture, the trailer on the far right is where my grandparents lived and the trailer on the left is where my great grandma lived until she passed and then my brother and his wife lived there for several years until it was removed and my brother and his family put a modular in its place and still live there today. We grew up in the house behind the Tasty Queen where my mom still lives. My grandparents trailer on the right is gone now as well as the high school. Bruceton only has an elementary and middle school up to 8th grade there. After that kids either go to Preston High in Kingwood WV or some go to University High in Morgantown WV. So many amazing memories made here and more in the making! I would love to have this picture!!!
