Hwy 81 just West of Hiawatha. Originally John Bloom Farm. Quonset barn was moved across the road and placed opposite the house when the state reconstructed Hwy 81 '79-'80. Ended up being combined with the Otto Blum farm, bottom of hill East of Skinner Hollow. Land has been divided several times, auctioned in 1998. Arneson and Bader own portions. Portion was purchased/inherited by Knox and subdivided (top of hill off Hiawatha).
