Originally the Otto Blum Farm. Road was moved away from the buildings (to the South) in the Hwy 81 reconstruction '79-'80. Bottom of hill, East of Skinner Hollow. A freestall and parlor were added in the early '90s. House burned down late '90s. a garage, not pictured, was converted to living space. Farm was purchased by Nathan and Julie Arneson shortly after the fire. Nate and Julie built a new home on the top of the hill to the North (above trees in lower left corner). Then after a few years built a modern freestall and milking parlor East of the new home. The original dairy barn and building were used for calves for a period of time until a new heifer building was also built on top of the hill. These buildings are currently used for equipment and feed.
