August Gutzmer Sr. Homestead established in 1881, taken over by his son Reinhold in 1909. In 1942 Reinhold’s son Alfred took over. In 1964 Alfred sold this farm to Merlyn Gordee. Gordee sold the farm to the Jacobson’s in the early 1970’s and they continue to own it today.
