My grandma and grandpa Olson built this house in the 1950's. In the back of the house is an old ice shanty that was used as just a shed. Many great memories of playing fetch with their dog Micky and fishing by with old bamboo poles with red and white bobbers. In the spring we would watch the yearly white water canoe races go by on the river. There was an artesian well in the basement. This house is no longer there. A new house was built on this lot and looks nothing like my grandparents old house.
