In 1971 this farm was owned by Richard and Frances Schommer. They purchased it from his parents, Frank and Mary (Huppert) Schommer who had purchased it from her parents, Alexander and Theresa (Buss) Huppert. It is currently owned by Richard and Frances Schommer's son Nick and his wife Julie.
