This was my grandfather Fred Laedtke's business Lake Drive Enterprise, he dealt with petroleum pumps and trash pumps. When the pond was dug they used the fill for the land that the building is on. I believe it was mid 60's when the building was built it was heated with a fuel oil boiler and had in floor heating and worked until early 90's. My grandmother Deloris Laedtke worked rite beside my grandfather, digging trenches, busting concrete with jackhammers and even did sandblasting.
