This was my Grandpa's farm until 1976, which was the year he died. My parents rented out to tenents until 1980 when my brother & his family moved there. My brother & sister-in-law have both passed away in the intervening years and now my nephew (my brother's son) owns the property. All of the buildings except the house were lost in a fire several years ago. This homestead & the surrounding land has been owned by my family for close to 150 years, and we're quite proud of that fact!
