This house, barns, and silo still stand along Hamilton Mason Rd. The surrounding area has been developed.

This was Baxter’s dairy farm. I lived on the other side of the road.

The farm I grew up on. 110 acres. Hogs early on in the structure bottom left. Holstein dairy herd. Poultry for the house until my brother and I had broilers for FFA projects. The house and barns are still there which is nice as I still live in the area. This photo was taken a couple of years before the farm was sold.

Martin, thanks for sharing some history of the farm. How long did your family own it? Any other interesting history about the area near your old house? I do not live in the area but have worked in Liberty Township for the past 14 years and really enjoy the history.
