I believe this was Jax Roast Beef and then Rax Roast Beef. We used to go over their and eat when we were hanging out at the YMCA just behind the parking lot on the right. Prior to that, it was a "Borden Burger" restaurant. It has long since been torn down and an auto parts store built in it's place.
