This is now headquarters of Hartzell Propeller Inc., One Propeller Place, Piqua, OH. Formerly 1800 Covington Ave. Manufacturer of aircraft propellers sold around the world. Sold by the Hartzell family to TRW in Cleveland. Later sold to Jim Brown. The Brown family was a major force saving the historical downtown hotel, which is now the public library. 12/30/15

This was the Piqua location of Champion Papers, prior to Hartzell occupying this site along U.S. Route 36 on the city's western edge. The Champion name is visible on the building in this photo.

What Richard Emery states is correct. Hartzell is a relative.
