My current farming operation includes permanent pasture and hay. This farm now grazes a herd of Simmental beef cattle. This farm has very special memories of my childhood; hours spent riding on a tractor with my dad (Richard Sautter) as he rented it several years.... In its day, the brick house was beautiful and was not the norm for that area. However, the Crawford family did not maintain any of the structures. Remnants of the house are all that is left standing. As time and $ permits, I truly would like to restore the property as depicted. I sincerely appreciate the upkeep my dad and brother Tyson has done on this property. ** Note correction; I have been the owner since Dec 2009.
