East side of the house, built around 1915, on the old Preuninger farm south of Guthrie Center. We purchased the five-acres in 1990, and have since planted more trees in the yard, put up more buildings, including a 36 X 50 pole barn in 2013. Big tree in front yard died and was removed in 2013. Original farm was in the JW Preuninger family from 1901 until 1973.
