Rosettes Restaurant. Frenchville, ME

Wow, I didn't know the Bourgoins' had gas pumps back then. (The middle buiding). Was the lobster house still next doo r to the right of Rosettes' ? We spend 1 year in the rent attached behind Rosettes in 1984/85.

The house at the bottom of the photo Is were Walter Lavoie now lives

Eva Corno Owned the Gas Station

Emile Fongemie lived in the house on the left of the photo. His son, Roger, was a friend and classmate. I think the potato house at the end of the row belonged to "Pitt" Ouellette. I think Eva's husband was George Emile and he used to own a store across the street from the old post office (now the town office) where I grew up.

The Roadside Diner on the right.
