POSSIBLY the "Century House" on Commercial Street in Hartland, Maine?? It's a tough angle to be sure but it's very, very similar to its unique layout.

I don't think its Dr Briggs house,theres no barn and no other homes or streets that should be in same photo.

Updating my first old 2015 comment. Upon further review, I'm now pretty sure it's NOT the Century House on Commercial Street due to a couple of notable factors. 1. While the main house looks a LOT like it, there wasn't ever an extension built off to the right of it as seen above with the steps. 2. There was (and still is) a very large and open field behind the Century House which extends behind the old Hartland Academy building. This photo clearly has a wooded area behind it. Also note it's not Dr. Briggs house as we would see Seekins Street next to it on the right. Sorry for the confusion!!
