Hartland, Maine - corner of Academy & Blake streets.

Agree with Jeff's comment. It was originally built by Thomas Archibald Linn around 1890 as his residence. It eventually became the Crestwood Nursing Home in the 1960s and still stands today as a private residence. The building to the right of it on Academy Street was once used as the Hartland Academy Vocational Center and was built in the early 1800s by Dr Calvin Blake, the namesake of Blake Street.

My grandfather, George Emery, who lived on his farm on the Finson Road in St. Albans once told me he worked on the exterior trim when he was a young man.
