East side of north Michigan Avenue in Coldwater, Michigan. Just south of Seeley Street. The house is still there but the farm on the right is gone.
There is a picture of this dairy farm in the Standard Atlas of Branch County Michigan, published in 1915, on page 95. It is called the "Beach Farm". Milo D. Campbell was the owner. Breeder of pure bred Guernseys.
