Current site of the Naomi Davis home, formerly the Milo Campbell dairy farm on Michigan Avenue. Seeley Street can be seen on the left.
This home was built in 1904. It is one of three in the United States built by the same contractor. The construction is poured concrete walls which are 18 inches thick, and was the first such structure in its time. There originally was a poured concrete barn where the current barn now resides. The home was purchased from the state in 1965 along with 245 acres for $45,000. The acteage is now the site of Asama and the Grahl Center along with other commercial operations. From 1965 until 1980 the home was owned by Dale and Collen Dean. Interior remodeling was done at that time. Truly a one of a kind home!!!
