This address is 13707 W State Rd, Grand Ledge, MI. In Section 33, Eagle Twp. Built in 1948, it was owned by Wayne & Joan Bowers from 1964 thru 2021. With 13 acres on over 1/4 mile of frontage on the Grand River, and next to a wood decked iron truss bridge it was a great place to raise their 4 sons.
