This address is 13707 W State Rd, Grand Ledge, MI. In Section 33, Eagle Twsp. Built in 1948, it was owned by Wayne & Joan Bowers from 1964 thru 2021. It was a great place to raise their 4 sons.
This photo shows the stack of recycled lumber ready to build a workshop on the the foundation which is under construction to the right of the house/garage. A 30 x 50 foot storage barn was also added later onto the small barn on the right center.
