Home of my parents Roger and Marilyn Elliott. The house was built by my dad and my Grandpa Floyd Winfred Pfeiffer around 1950. This property was originally owned by Floyd's uncle John VanNest. The lumbar to build the house was cut in 1949 at the Pfeiffer Farm on 76th ST between Wilson and Kenowa. It remains a Centennial Farm of close to 200 years in the same family. I believe the white car in the picture is a 1965 Mercury Comet. (My first car) My brother Roy bought that from my uncle Dan Pfeiffer of Pfeiffer Lincoln Mercury. My mother was a substitute teacher at the VanNest one room school house 1/4 mile south of this picture. (68th and Homerich)
This is the home of Roger and Marilyn Elliott. Built by Floyd Pfeiffer and Roger in 1950 from trees cut down on the Pfeiffer Farm on 76th Street in 1949.
