I was born and raised on this farm. We raised and bred horses. My Dad gave my grandparents the care of land on the south pastures, to build their retirement home. It was a beautiful place to grow up. This house is still standing, but surrounded by subdivisions. Sad! This property was an original land grant signed by President Jackson. As of right now, it's about 200 years old!
