Marco's Bar, previously Lewis's Inn 38410 Grand River Farmington Township Mi.
Farmington Township became the City of Farmington Hills in 1973.
The only mention I could find of this establishment was in a November 1973 ad advertising "Marco's Dinners, no cover charge" in the Detroit News. It appears from the sign at left that it was in fact called "Marco's Dinners". Industrial Drive was built in the 1970's just to the west of the lot, placing this building on the northeast corner of that and Grand River. The building looks to have survived until the late 80's and was then replaced by a longer oblong building facing Industrial Drive that now houses a Avis Car Rental and a quick oil-change garage.

This was across the highway from Dr. Houghton's animal hospital and pet cemetery. It was a dinner club-type restaurant with live music.
