This is the north side of Palmer Road, about halfway between Sheldon and Lilley roads. To the right is a building part of the Franklin Palmer Estates Apartments, which are still standing. The farmhouse at left has had major renovations and is still standing. The outbuildings to the left of the house are all gone but the large garage at the back right of the lot is still standing; in the early 2000's this strip of land was sold and a new home was built at the street frontage. This new home now uses the old garage from the farm.
