This was Hopkinsville Carry Out at the intersection of US 22/3 (Montgomery Road) running horizontally and Ohio Route 48 running vertically. Amazingly both are still two lane roads at this point in time, 1983. Hopkinsville was known to locals as Hoptown. It is 4 miles north of 20 Mile Stand/Landen on US 22/3 and sits between Maineville and South Lebanon on Ohio 48. a CVS pharmacy/store sits here today.
